1. Overview

Digalines is an online platform developed within Promo Group International to serve both B2C and B2B markets.

·        B2C operations are limited to local sales of perfumes.

·        B2B operations involve international trade facilitation of selected commodities in personal care and food sectors.

2. Eligibility

By using our platform, you confirm that you are:

·        At least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a legal guardian.

·        Legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. B2C – Local Perfume Sales

3.1 Product Availability

Perfumes are available for local delivery only. We do not currently offer shipping for perfumes outside our defined service area.

3.2 Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all perfume purchases.

3.3 Returns

Returns are only accepted in cases of:

·        Wrong product delivered

·        Product damage or leakage on delivery

·        Product defect or expiration

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must include supporting evidence (photos, order number).

3.4 Limitations

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for used or opened perfumes, or for change-of-mind reasons.

4. B2B – International Trade

4.1 Nature of Service

Digalines serves as a facilitator for trade transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not the direct seller of B2B commodities.

4.2 Orders & Pricing

All B2B transactions are initiated through formal quotation requests. Pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions are established per individual contract.

4.3 Shipping

Shipping terms are agreed upon using standard Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF). Digalines works with verified suppliers and logistics partners.

4.4 Returns & Claims

B2B goods are non-returnable once shipped. Any disputes must be resolved according to the contract’s governing terms and applicable international trade laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Digalines platform—including logos, visuals, and text—is the property of Digalines or its affiliates and may not be used without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digalines shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
